We charge on a monthly basis. Charges are pro rata if the first use is less than one month. After that, less than a month is counted as a month. The monthly fee will be calculated from the date of delivery to collect the Cube Mini Box. Thereafter we will charge a monthly fee on the corresponding day of each month.

We operate a monthly billing cycle so you will be billed for a minimum of a month’s storage. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 2914 2200.

There is a refundable deposit, which is equal to one month’s rent.  When you leave Cube Self Storage, providing you have given us one month written notice and that you leave your room in the same condition as when you started your rental period, your deposit will be returned to you.

If you have moved to a new address we are more than happy to deliver to your new residence, just let us know where you need the delivery to go to. However, we will need to charge an address changing fee.

Your boxes can be transported in your own transport or by one of our third-party logistic partners. The boxes themselves provide durable protection so there is no need to worry that your items may get damaged in transit. And should the worst happen, you can speak to our friendly team about claiming through insurance.

Our warehouse has 24 hour CCTV monitoring, climate-controlled, fire system, and card access system. Your items could not be under safer care.

Yes we offer trolleys and pallets and a variety of moving equipment.
